The Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, Pope Francis, Justin Welby the Archbishop of Canterbury are among leaders of the Churches urging us to make the most of the Season of Creation:
“Future generations will never forgive us if we miss the opportunity to protect our common home. We have inherited a garden; we must not leave a desert for our children.”
This year we are asked, in all the Churches world-wide, to think and act on the theme ‘Let Justice and Peace Flow’ for the Season of Creation which starts on 1 September and ends on 4 October, a day dedicated to St Francis of Assisi.
